It is a time for spooky tales, Artistic costumes, and houses transformed into magical, haunted wonderlands. but, as the final bit of sweet is handed out and the costumes are place absent, a less magical fact emerges: mountains of one-use plastic decorations, inexpensive artificial fabrics, and
